There are 15 rooms available, ranging from standard double rooms (all with Queen sized beds) to triple rooms (3 single beds).

*We offer a seniors rate on all rooms, and also offer a special "work-in" rate for working guests who stay with us for extended periods.
1. Advance bookings of short term stays require payment of a minimum deposit, being 25% of the total accommodation cost, at time of booking.
2. Advance bookings of extended stays or large groups require payment of a minimum deposit, being 50% of the total accommodation cost, at time of booking.
3. Tentative bookings will be taken; however, accommodation will not be guaranteed if no deposit has been received.
4. All room tariffs are calculated on the selected room rate plus charges for extra persons (as indicated by the customer). Please note in the event, the number of persons has been under estimated, accommodation at the motel cannot be guaranteed.
5. For cancellations made prior to 72 hours of the day of arrival an administration fee (50% of deposit paid) shall apply. For cancellations made within 72 hours of the day of arrival no refund of any payment shall be made.
6. Absolutely no refunds are issued for change of mind on arrival.
7. The Customer shall be required to provide a valid credit card at the motel on check-in to cover any additional charges and may also be required to provide photographic identification.
8. The Customer must be at least 18 years of age to book accommodation.
